Residents of the rapidly changing neighborhood of Oak Park in Sacramento discuss challenges and solutions to the dynamic economic forces and transitioning racial demographics altering the face and nature of their community. The Neighborhood asks viewers to contemplate not only how communities engage contemporary racialized processes, but how they have been historically racially produced, and what role does the viewer participate as.
